Bishop Man Arrested on Felony Charge

BISHOP (News Release) - At approximately 7:30 pm on Friday, October 13, 2023, Bishop Police Department Shift II Patrol Officers went to a residence on the 200 Block of E. Joyce Street, to serve a felony arrest warrant on a subject for Possession of a controlled substance PG-1 (POCS) .
43-year-old Jason Moerbe.
The suspect, identified as 43 year old Jason Moerbe, was located at the residence and arrested on scene without incident.
He was later transported to Nueces County Jail.
