ROBSTOWN, TEXAS (News Release) - On January 29, 2024, at around 5:43 pm, Nueces County Sheriff's office, Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers, and Nueces County Emergency Service District 3 fire personnel, closed FM 70 between County Road 75 and County Road 73A due a single vehicle accident.

Texas Department of Safety Troopers are investigating the cause of the accident.

Two people were transported to a local hospital with minor injuries and are in stable condition.
