CCPD is Asking the Public's Help in Locating Burglary Suspects Richard Morin

On Saturday, February 22, 2025, at around 10am, CCPD Bike officers were dispatched to the 900 block of S. Staples Street in reference to a burglary not in progress.

41-year-old Richard Morin

Officers spoke with the property owner and obtained video surveillance of the burglary. The male suspect forced entry into the location, stole miscellaneous items and fled the scene on foot. Officers searched the area for the suspect but did not locate him. Approximately eight hours later, the male suspect was located and arrested for outstanding, unrelated Municipal Court warrants.

On Monday, February 24, 2025, Detectives obtained a burglary of building warrant for 41-year-old Richard Morin, bond $25,000. 

CCPD is asking for the public’s help to locate Richard Morin, who is described as a Hispanic male, 5’8″, weighs approximately 200 lbs, has brown hair and brown eyes.
