KENEDY COUNTY, TEXAS (News Release) After 21 years of service to the citizens of Kenedy County and a total of 43 years to the State of Texas, August 31st marks this Deputy's last working day as he looks forward to his well-deserved Retirement.

Deputy Francisco " Frank" Garcia is a well known Officer in this community and respected by those going through the County. Through the years there have been many lively stories of his encounters of his traffic stops, don't think there's been not one who has superseded his monthly totals. He loved working that road.

With him came years of experience and with him he shall take even more and memories to cherish.
