Kingsville Coach Marco A. Contreras Passed due to Medical Event on TM Football Field
KINGSVILLE - Kingsville Independent School District announced the passing of junior high coach Marcos Contreras. Coach Contreras suffered a medical emergency on the field at Tuloso-Midway (TM) football stadium last night before the start of the football game.
Tuloso-Midway and Kingsville rescheduled the game to today, September 23, 2023, at 7 pm.
In lieu of admission to tonight’s game, attendees will be asked to make a donation to the family of Coach Contreras.

TULOSO-MIDWAY - Tonight’s District game between Tuloso-Midway and Kingsville was rescheduled to Saturday, September 23 at 7 pm, after Kingsville junior high coach, Marcos Contreras, suffered a medical emergency during warm up.
Kingsville head football coach Ruben Garcia, told the Caller Times “We need to pray for him so that God may do His work.”
