Nueces County Precinct Five Constable

ROBSTOWN (News Release) - Deputies with Nueces County Constable Oscar Mendoza arrested 51-year-old Robert Milligan on Friday, March 24, 2023.

Milligan was wanted on a Parole Violation warrant for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamines and Evading Arrest Using a Motor Vehicle out of Austin, Texas Parole Board.

When deputies attempted to make contact with Milligan outside of his home in the 4800 Block of Heather Dr. in Robstown, Texas, Milligan fled on foot and attempted to elude police. Milligan was caught shortly after a short foot pursuit and arrested.

Milligan was transported to The Nueces County Jail and booked on the warrants and also charged with Fleeing from Police.
