NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS - (News Release) On Nov 19th, Nueces County Precinct Five Deputies along with Nueces County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were dispatched to a disturbance in progress with a gun involved in the 4200 Block of County Road 42. Caller stated a male at the residence fired two shots. As deputies approached the residence, the male drove off the property and lead deputies down a dirt road. The male eventually surrendered peacefully. The male was taken into custody without incident.
