Three Illegal Migrants Found in Driscoll
DRISCOLL - This morning during the early morning hours, Precinct Five Constable unit pulled over a passenger vehicle for a traffic violation on Highway 77 North near Driscoll.
The male driver and his female passenger were detained for an investigation. Upon searching the vehicle, three illegal migrants were found inside resulting both the driver, Brian Del Rio and the female passenger, Erica Del Rio to be arrested and charged for human smuggling.
Brian Del Rio a resident of San Juan, Texas and Erica Del Rio a resident of Dallas, Texas are being held at the Nueces County Jail. The three undocumented migrants were turned over to U.S. Border Agents and transported to their detention center.
