Two Vehicle Accident on HWY 77

DRISCOLL, TEXAS - (News Release) On October 26, 2024 at approximately 05:29a.m, Nueces County Constable Pct 3, Nueces County Sheriff's Office, Bishop Police Department, ESD 3 Fire department, ESD 6 (Allegiance EMS) were dispatched to a two vehicle accident located on US Highway 77 southbound near FM 665.
Both vehicles were traveling southbound, when the black SUV collided with the pickup truck from the rear. Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers are investigating the cause of the collision.
No serious injuries to report at this time, ems is checking on several occupants.
