CCPD is asking for the public’s help to locate Richard Morin, who is described as a Hispanic male, 5’8″, weighs approximately 200 lbs, has brown hair and brown eyes.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation was notified of Gregori making terroristic threats against Corpus Christi Police Department Officers.

The Criminal Investigations Division has identified Juliano Carrillo as the suspect who fired upon Corpus Christi Police Officers attempting to serve an arrest warrant on him.

The medics rushed the victim to a local hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.

Officers arrived and located a 23-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds and immediately provided aid until medics arrived.

He was additionally charged with Violation of Certain Court Order due to active bond conditions he had violated during this incident. 

On Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 10:44pm, officers were dispatched to Hwy 286 southbound around Horne Road in reference to a major traffic crash involving a wrong way driver. 

During this investigation, officers recovered six handguns. 

On January 26, 2025, at approximately 6:38 pm officers were dispatched to the 4300 block of Kostoryz Rd. in reference to a shooting.

A federal jury in Corpus Christi has returned a guilty verdict against a 30-year-old Michael Pulido for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

On Sunday, January 19, 2025, Agents with the Department of Homeland Security arrested Daniel Verduzco, charging him with Coercion and Enticement.

On Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at 5:06am, officers were dispatched to the 12500 block of IH-37 northbound in reference to a major traffic crash involving a wrong way driver.

It is believed that the victim and offenders are known to each other, and this is not a random act of violence.
